OFFICE SPACES

The NGO-house hosts long term residents who rent office spaces for their one-person operations, small NGOs and all sorts of humanitarian initiatives.

There are 4 ways you can rent office space at the NGO-house:

DESK: You have your own desk that you rent on a monthly basis in a shared office space. Only you will use this desk.

FLEX: You will have a space for you, your computer and your work in a shared office space. The desk itself will also be shared with other people.

FLEX20: This option is the same as FLEX but you will only be able to use the shared desk for a maximum of 20 hours per week.

PRIVATE OFFICE: A the NGO-house there are 7 private offices that hold around 2-3 people. For a monthly rent the office will be yours and only you will have access to it.

OFFICE SPACE FACILITIES

In all our offices there is free wi-fi and printing possibilities. If your rent an office space you will also receive a discount on using the conference rooms if you want to do a presentation or have a larger meeting. On the fourth floor of the NGO-house there is a tea kitchen with refrigerator space and individual shelves for the office occupants.

There are coffee machines, electric kettles for tea, plates, mugs, clases, utensils and a dishwasher. This is all next to a common eating area so you do not have to eat lunch at your desk. You can also join a daily lunch catering service at the Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke cantine The Eatery.
